Dress Code

We do not have a specific dress code, we just ask you dress respectfully.

Dogs

Dogs are permitted on the lower green off leash, and on the top green on the outdoor tables on leash.

Highchairs

Functions

o Green Hire

 In order to maintain the greens, we charge a green hire fee of $200 for people wishing to use them for events (sports, corporate events, jumping castles or other activities).

o Hall Hire

 In order to book the hall, we charge a hall hire fee of $200, this includes set up to your desired format, use of our projector, microphone and speakers and service from our friendly bar staff through our shuttered entrance into the hall.

o Bar tabs

 We provide the ability to set up a bar tab for your function, this can be arranged on the day, with either a name, bar tab number or wristbands being given to your group so that they can use your bar tab. Our requirement is that a credit card and identity card are left behind the bar until the tab has been paid off.

o Decorations

 We allow decorations, however we do not permit confetti or glitter and ask you clean up your own decorations at the conclusion of your event.

o Music

 We have music playing in some areas, where we do not have music you are able to bring your own speakers as long as they are kept at a respectful volume and with appropriate music playing as we are a family friendly venue.

o 18th Birthday Parties

 We DO NOT accept bookings for 18th birthdays as we are a licensed premise and cannot have unsupervised under 18’s in the club.

o Rain

 When organising your function, you should take into account the fact that most of our venue is outdoors, we do our best to reorganise the tables when there is rain to make sure as many bookings are under cover as possible, however it is not always possible to seat everyone.

Parking

o Parking on site

 We provide very limited parking there are some spots in the driveway on the left and 2 disabled spots out the front of the club. We frequently have deliveries so any parking in front of the gate or use of the disabled spots without a pass will result in you being towed at your own expense.

 The carpark in the rear can be used for dropping off supplies, however unless advised otherwise patrons are not allowed to park there.

o Street parking

 There is plenty of street parking around the club either on Kenneth St or William Edward St (a short walk-through central park). However, we do ask when parking on the street, as it is a residential area to be respectful of our neighbours when parking.

Televised Sport

o Pay per view

 Due to the expense we do not show any pay per view sports or fights.

o Foxtel and Sport Streaming services

 We have Foxtel on all of our televisions and our projector as well as STAN sports and KAYO, if there is a sporting event you wish to watch just ask our friendly bar staff and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

Bookings

o Through our website

 This is the recommended way to book for our venue, it allows you to enter your details and choose an area appropriate for your occasion.

o Over the phone

 This is not a recommended way to book for our venue as our website makes it easier for us to manage the volume of bookings we receive.

Bowls

o General Information

 We once were a traditional bowls club, however we now use our greens for multiple purposes, while it is still possible to do social bowling it is not recommended to bowl on weekends, as the greens are very busy other social activities.

 Non-members $10 per head
